The oven-specific bottom heating element adopts a composite process of nickel-chromium alloy (Kanthal) resistance wire and alumina ceramic substrate, integrated with PID temperature control module and NTC temperature sensor, supports high temperature stable output (300℃–350℃), rapid heating (average 5 minutes to 200℃), adapts to wide voltage (110V–240V) and power customization (1500W–5000W). The surface has a multi-layer ceramic insulation coating, with IPX4 splash-proof, dry-burning and anti-carbon deposition performance, high temperature oxidation treatment, life of more than 30,000 hours, in line with EU CE and North American UL certification, to meet the high-frequency and high-temperature baking needs of household and commercial ovens.

Fundamental Characteristics

Operating at temperatures up to 1200°C, heating wire might be nichrome (NiCr) or iron-chromium-aluminum (FeCrAl) alloy with high resistivity and oxidation resistiveness.

Housing: ceramic-sealed joints on a 304/316L stainless steel sheath give corrosion and contamination resistance.
