Screw-type heating tube

The threaded heating tube adopts a stainless steel (304/316L) tube body and a nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire combination process, with multi-layer insulation protection on the surface, integrated PID temperature control module and NTC temperature sensor, supports rapid heating (average 3-5 minutes), energy efficiency ≥96%, operating temperature range 50℃–150℃, and is suitable for wide voltage (110V–240V) and power customization (800W–5000W). The threaded interface design is suitable for a variety of installation scenarios, and the surface anodizing treatment enhances corrosion resistance.
